Many reasons with them. They are find out the main reasons of affect the body health and take some important decision.

1.Exercise is the best treatment of our health.
2.Avoid dairy food, fried food, fatty meats but take low quantity.
3.Sleep is very important to us. It will allow our body to work at a full speed every day.
4.Floss our teeth every day is the best way to preventing disease and protecting our heart.
5.Fruits are important food in our body. We take and eat freshing and washing fruits with our breakfast, lunch and dinner.
6.Low Sugar is important is our good health. If we take sugar foods, care with them.
7.Our hands are full washed before eat. Because we are work hard, some insects are touch our hands. They are create some disease.
8.We are working in computer and watching television. Our eyes are working very hard. So give rest to our eyes half an hour.
9.Sun rays is one of the important for body health. We take sun path 10 minutes in the morning every day.
10.Smile is very very important one our life. Keeping smile, don’t touching disease in our body.

Health is Wealth
Today we are looking sharply some incidents in the world through many types of medias and Internet. We are listening our neighbour house, our street and city, politics, cinema and entertainment shows but without our body’s health condition.
Now a days group of people who are went to hospital for our health treatment purpose. The most crowd in hospital because small and high diseases attacking them. What is the reason of crowd in hospital? People who are expenses of golden time about watching and listening our nearly doing incidents without our health. If our health is well, our family is good. So we will take some special care to us.
If People were live without any disease, they will Drink more water. Our body is fulfilled 60% of watery. The water in our body is helping good working condition and active and well.
Exercise is the best one of the our body health. Walking is the best exercising to us. We would be done exercise in daily at least 2 hours only. It is help to our body is improved and good shaped and get beauty. If we done exercise daily, over weight will be reduced and we can prevent the disease.
Smoking is one of the delayed killer. We don't take smoke anytime. Because the smoking is attacked our lung, its created lung cancer. If we get the smoking habit our children will follow it. So always avoid the bad habit – smoking.
Always our dressing is very neatly. Particular our underwear is should keep washing and drying. We are not take underwear as wet level.
We will take Vitamins often. We will went and get our doctors advise and then take vitamins one of the important it. At the same time we will take and eat some healthy food like fruits, vegetables, wheat, glucose and etc., They will give good health.
Drinking is one of the bad habit. This habit will be reduced our good will from the society. If we drink, it will attacked and damaged to our lever. So avoid the drinking always.
So Improve our health with healthy food and good habits.
