Improve our Brain capability
Brain is important part of human body. How will improve our brain? We are training to it how progress ability, powerfully and fast.
Meditation is one of the best way of improve our brain fitness. Daily Meditation is creating fresh feeling, different things, the best way, creative mind and engorge.
Brain develop Games are one of the way to challenge our brain. Brain Develop Games as crossword, sudoku, chess, solve arithmetic maths and more games. We are playing it in our rest time everyday, it can improve our brain’s fast work and memory capacity.

Some important incidents are doing in our life everyday. May we are read some vital books in today, but we are not recall it. In that night we are remember that incidents and reading book’s matter. Now our brain is improved.
Our body exercise is the best way to improve brain. If we are doing some physical exercise, it will be great brain exercise also. Brain has fresh through exercise.
Eat Healthy foods are used to our brain improve. Like nuts, gross berries, olive oil, salmon, black beans and tomatoes.
Books reading habit is improve our brains capacity. We will read some books, different authors and different stories. Our brain will imagine that story situation and characters, then recover our brain remember power.

Prevention of Cold Attack

Cold Attack is one of the ghastly disease. We are save us from cold attack. If it attack to us, we are not able to attend any work. Because it will build headache and cough.

Daily drink more water but hot water.
Dry our head after shower Rain.
Dry our head after take bath.
Take bath during hot water.
Wash our hands neatly through lot of water because many germs were there.
Prevent the nose from dust because lot of dust fall on nose through air.
Eat healthy food because its protected from cold and flu.
Good night sleep is essential.
Keep exercise regularly because it will immune our body.
Know & watch cold symptoms and take medicine through doctor.
Stay away from cough and sick persons.
Stop smoking and drinking tendency.
Be happy always.
Keep cool our body because heat body will create cold attack.
