Make Eyes Safe



Eyes are imperative parts of human body.
Eat a lot of Carrots and they are fine for our eyes. It is the best food for our eyes. So brought extra and ravine. Vitamin A is more in the Carrots and Vitamins are very helpful for our eye sight.
Take Oil bath every week. Our body will be warmth on the summer. So some disease are attacked our carcass like dry skin, piles, headache, illness etc. If we take oil bath, our eyes is cooling without any eye disease and in the night get good sleep.
We are not work continuously on the Computer for more than half an hour. We will give relax to our eyes. Because our eyes are very tired and we will not able to complete the work.
Eyes is one of the important one. We are protected it from dust. When the dust is flow through air on our eyes, our eyes are affected. When the air is fall very fast with dust, we take a glass for our eyes safe.
Do not read any book on travelling time. Bow road, speed break road and hits road can make fault our eyes.
We watch Television everyday. When watch the TV in the room, a low light is backside of the TV on the room. The TV screen’s wave rays were attacked our eyes in the dark room. So avoid the dark room.
Don’t watch the Television when we lying down. Its not good position. Our eyes are watched take strain. If our eyes take more strain, it will affected.
We will find out any problem to read the books and watch any thing, then contact our eye doctor. Take medicine and glass with our doctor’s advice.

So We are very careful on our eyes.
