Good Habits for Good Health

Today we are not follow good habit. So many disease attacked us. Some valuable good habits as follows.
More Drink water:
We wake up from the bed in the morning, drink 4 glass water then we who are circumvent many disease. If we are drink more water in the morning, our body will be fresh that day and free motion, fell down the body heat.
Exercise:
Exercise is the best treatment for our health. In the morning, we who are take some easiest exercise then we will be fresh that day and keep away from disease.
Breakfast:
We will eat full high energy and protein foods in the breakfast. Some of the people eat tiny one in the morning but more eat in the lunch. This method is wrong. Because if we are more food eat in the morning, we will do more and hard work in the office and factory. So eat the food in the breakfast is full, lunch is low quantity, dinner is very low quantity.
Bad Habits:
People who are assumes smoking, drink and drug are contemporary habit in the world. But it is not a good habit. If we are uses the above killer items in our life, we will killed by them. So avoid the bad habits for good health.
Smile:
Aristatil told smile is good exercise for good health. God gives to us ‘smile habit’.
Smile is very important for our body health. So keep smile, get good health.
Holidays:
Holiday is very important in our life. We do work hard always. So we wants some rest. We will go tour to some different nature place. Our family will be very happy in that days. So our mind and body take just relax that days. Our efficient will be increased after holidays.

So We keep good habits and then get good health!
